They get a "zero" for their customer service! I was overcharged for my tag and title transfer. Instead of mailing me a check, they sent a gift card for the dealership. At the time of my purchase, I was pretty clear with the finance gentleman that I was not paying for any of the vehicle with gift cards, and I was therefore not interested in receiving a gift card for any of my overage payments (we have been down this path before). I did not overcharge myself, and I should not have to jump through hoops to redeem a "gift card" to get my money back, so I asked them (again) to just mail me a check. Basically I could not afford it but the salesman LeeRay Bauer took an interest and I finally settled on buying the 2016 Sonata.
