I find these responses funny: 1. You have my contact information and you could be “pro-active” and contact us . 2. Surprise, our car isn’t done, they didn’t have a chance to “get to it” even though we HAD an appoint at 9AM. At least they said we can keep the loaner OR make another appointment… It’s okay, we will keep the loaner - no intention of coming back to Tamiami… Maybe someone will call US and let US know what they think they can do to address our issues. Somehow, I don’t expect a response Joy, I mean these are auto responses - right? The same exact response on Google and here after all. Yeah - seems like there is real “Care” here other than the sale.
