My experience with Tamiami Ford, Naples, Florida, began in Spring, 1991. I have purchased 2 Explorers and 3 Ranger trucks. The owner, the staff, the technicians are all superb people, knowledgeable. After we had extensive routine maintenance done on our 2002 F350 we noticed a problem that we didn’t have before we dropped it off. I called and spoke with our service writer John Collins and after hearing our complaint he connected us to the Quick Lane manager Nick McCarthy. Mr. McCarthy was very apologetic and asked if we could stop by to meet with him. When we arrived we were greeted by both our service writer and the manager. We showed them the problem and they were quick to accept responsibility and provide a solution. They went above and beyond to show us they were sorry for any inconvenience. The customer service we received at Tamiami Ford’s Quick Lane was exceptional. More
Tamiami Ford has lived up to its nickname "SCAM-iami Ford" We took our Windstar in for service that was covered under our warranty, only to have them tell us that they wouldn't accept our warranty cove Ford" We took our Windstar in for service that was covered under our warranty, only to have them tell us that they wouldn't accept our warranty coverage, we would have to take it to the dealer that sold us the van, and turned right around and charged us $75 for looking at it! They wouldn't release the car to us until we paid them! More
