Tamiami Ford does nothing but screw people. They over charge for service. My car was in repair with them for over a year for a part issue and now it's been over a month again and still not fix. He was able to remove the plastic cover on the part that was inaccessible and retrieve my deceased Mother's diamond earring. Years ago, I used to bring my deceased parents' Ford Edge, (which Dad purchased from you) in for service. Now that my husband and I have purchased a place in Naples, there is no question who will be getting our business! I am so grateful to Paul and the past great service. Keep up the excellent service! 11/23/24 - Today I took in my 2020 F-150 for an oil change and tire rotation where Christopher was my service writer. After dealing with this service center for over 3 years, Christopher has been the change and tire rotation where Christopher was my service writer. After dealing with this service center for over 3 years, Christopher has been the most honest, professional, personable, and trustworthy employee I have ever dealt with at this dealership. He was extremely honest with the services my vehicle required and did not try yo sell me on services I did not need. A complete change from my previous visit where I was told by the service writer that my vehicle was close to needing new tires and brakes when my tires had less than 20K miles on them and the brakes we recently changed. Due to the previous experience, I almost did not return but decided to give them another chance and they really surprised me today. I look forward to working with Christopher in the near future for the services I am needing to do soon. More
I have had the worst experience at this dealership. It has been a disaster since I took my Ford to change the battery. It all started there. They returned my car to me damaged. It started to flood and when I went to complain, they simply told me that they had not caused this and that it had nothing to do with it. After filing a complaint and proving that they were at fault, they assumed they would fix it and my car lasted more than 20 days in the shop. They never called me to tell me that the problem had already been solved. I had to go pick up my car. After going to get it, I found the front window of my car broken and they told me that it was not them that it was already like that, when I had proof that it was not like that. It has been more than 15 days and they still have not fixed my car. They are a disaster. I definitely do not recommend anyone to come to this place. I am so angry 🤬😡 More
The interior floor carpeting of my 2019 F150 was getting wet periodically from rainwater leakage. I took the vehicle to Tamiami Ford, where I purchased it, for leak detection and repair on April 2, 2024. Af wet periodically from rainwater leakage. I took the vehicle to Tamiami Ford, where I purchased it, for leak detection and repair on April 2, 2024. After a few days they called and said the sunroof was leaking and the solution required a full replacement. They told me my cost was $2,221.65 plus tax. I authorized the replacement. They did the work. I picked up the truck and paid them $2,354.95 on April 11, 2024. On August 4th, 2024, the truck flooded again from rainfall in the exact same spot. I have video documentation. I found the location of the leak and fixed it myself. I called the service manager, stated that they did not repair my vehicle, a mistake was made by not finding the actual leak source, sent him the video evidence and asked that upon their review we could discuss reparations. Their response was that they fixed the vehicle properly and that they were done discussing the issue. Subsequent discussions with the dealership VP have yielded no redress to date. Very disappointed with Tamiami Ford’s refusal to admit their mistake and in fairness and good practice refund the cost of the unnecessary work. More
