Check in was very professional, When I received the car after two hours ,The car was clean. Ford should give us free rentals when the car is tied up after all, it was their problem ,I will have my car serviced there,because of representatives like Jeff. when I owned a Honda, and it went back for warranty work, they did give me a rental car free. We were assisted my Shawn Ernst, Susan Gessler, & Nico Pinilla, we have nothing but gratitude as these individuals worked very hard & diligently to help us aquire a new vehicle as well as solve an ongoing Pinilla, we have nothing but gratitude as these individuals worked very hard & diligently to help us aquire a new vehicle as well as solve an ongoing situation with a concurrent vehicle. Jim Bailey is an amazing Manager and an amazingly kind & knowledgeable. His sales person Dakotah went beyond the call of duty to help me with my Bronco. He personified my visit and help me for a couple of h knowledgeable. His sales person Dakotah went beyond the call of duty to help me with my Bronco. We booked our appointment way in advance with Tamiami Ford with Nan.. We live in Bonita, but purchased our 2018 truck from Tamiami ford. This is the second time service tecks/managers disappointed us ,pl Ford with Nan.. We live in Bonita, but purchased our 2018 truck from Tamiami ford. This is the second time service tecks/managers disappointed us ,plus one time on our daughters truck. We dropped our truck off after work on a Friday for a tailgate recall 20N03. (2-4 Hour job). I called at 11am to see how much longer. Service manger Michael on duty had no idea of paperwork or my truck. Said he would look into. Well 2 hours later I recalled to see if he found it . He said just stay on line I will walk out there and look. OMG Then he says he got it and paperwork, but it needs a part so they will have to keep until Monday. According to my paper work we were called for that appointment because parts were in. We felt like we were bothering him. Needless to say, We won't bother him again! We picked up our truck. Made an appointment with Coconut Ford who actually is attentive to customers and will have all our work done there on all our vehicles and our daughters from now on . Not sure what is wrong with their service department, they don't seem to have enough quality employees. That's important in this day and age if you want to succeed!! I feel bad for those employees that are having to carry the weight of the worthless ones who just don't care.. Mr. & Mr. Zeller should look into this!! More
