I assure you that we put significant emphasis on clear communication during our training sessions, and I will personally address this matter with Jose to prevent similar misunderstandings in the future. Regarding the financing options, we collaborate with numerous banks and due to the current high interest rates, credit unions occasionally offer more competitive rates. However, to access these rates, customers need to be credit union members, which is the information we rely on our customers to disclose. I understand that this information should ideally have been requested by your salesperson prior to finalizing the deal and I again offer my apologies for the oversight. On the matter of the reported service issue, let me express my regret for the lack of communication you faced. It is our policy to keep our customers in the loop at every stage of their journey with us. Mr. Zeller, I appreciate your response. Jose should be commended on how helpful he was. I had originally come for a different vehicle, and after driving it, decided there were issues with it I couldn’t overlook. I’m mostly a GM guy, so wasn’t even considering an F150. Jose was fantastic with offering different alternatives from what I originally came for. If not for him, I likely would have looked elsewhere. In terms of the finance side, this is the first vehicle we’ve purchased in Florida. Previous vehicles were all purchased in Washington state, so from our experience a current membership to a credit union wasn’t required, and the finance manager was free to search the best rate period. If that’s not the case here in FL, then I apologize for assuming so and the subsequent complaint.
