I have purchased a new Mustang from the dealership at a fair price, put the last 3 purchases I was unable to make a trade without playing the sales manager game and low ball on the trade. Unfortunately I had to purchase them at another Ford Store, however I return for all my service to this dealership as I am comfortable with them and the work is excellent. My next purchase will be a Ford again approximately in 2 years and I hope for a better experience on purchasing this time. I like that it is still a family owned dealership and not part of a group of dealerships with unknown principals. Keep up the good work! More

I was treated professionally by a friendly face when I brought my car in for service. My car was getting serviced for about 90 minutes. After we had extensive routine maintenance done on our 2002 F350 we noticed a problem that we didn’t have before we dropped it off. Mr. McCarthy was very apologetic and asked if we could stop by to meet with him. When we arrived we were greeted by both our service writer and the manager. We showed them the problem and they were quick to accept responsibility and provide a solution. They went above and beyond to show us they were sorry for any inconvenience. The customer service we received at Tamiami Ford’s Quick Lane was exceptional. More
