Salesman was not receptive when asked for help in resetting the exterior door code to unlock the door. He said that the repair shop could do it for a fee. We purchased this Ford Fusion from you, as your records will show. All was, and still is, great as far as the car is cobcerned. But woe is me when I look back at the slimy dealings of your closer. He was very personable, as one might expect, but we were ill-prepared to deal with him. This I guess, is understandable when one faces the fact that we purchase a new car once every 3 or 4 years or so, and slimy does his tap shoe several times a day!! The quarrels we have here are two: First of all, we had, before even coming into your showroom, set up to finance the car through our Insurance Company, USAA, but were fast-talked into changing to your favorite sunshine, Bank of America. Bad taste No 1., but forgiveable. But the real zinger was when we were bait and switched into a maintenance plan, not through Ford as we had thought and expected, but throgh another 3rd party insurance scam, "'er excuse me-maintenance policy provider" of your own choosing, and one that we had never even heard of. All of this benign to us until we had to have a major service job done on the car, made even more difficult since we had to take the car to Gasparth' Ford dealer in Port Charlotte, Florida. The second item above, about the so-called "full service policy" is a cruel joke, and the only ones benefitting from it are the scammers and, of course, Tamiami Ford. Accordingly, you may be assured that no vehicle will ever again be purchased from Tamiami Ford by us, further that we will do our best to warn anybody else about your sleaze dealings. I had a problem with a clip that broke on my 2012 Ford Mustang. The service rep stated Ford declined to fix it. I stated since it is under warranty; this should be fixed without me paying out of pocket Mustang. The service rep stated Ford declined to fix it. I spoke to the Service Manager, his boss, and I sent an email to you stating the problem; and nothing got resolved to my satisfaction. Then I called Ford Customer Service for help, and the same result, no reimbursement for what I spent to have the clips/covers replaced. I then sent a letter to Ford Corporate Board of Directors; and opened a case with the Better Business Bureau; sent BBB all of the documentation. The end result is Ford agreed to reimburse me for the money I had to shell out that should have been warrantied. Ford prides itself on customer satisfaction, and I didn't experience that after what I went through. If and I say if I encounter another problem in the future, I am going right to Corporate to have my problem resolved. More
We've been buying cars for many years and it's not something we enjoy doing until the last purchase of our Ford Fusion. We can't say enough great things about this dealer, they do not gave you the ha something we enjoy doing until the last purchase of our Ford Fusion. We can't say enough great things about this dealer, they do not gave you the hard sell or make you feel like you must buy at that very moment. Everyone working in that building has such a great attitude and are very pleasant. And the very best part of this whole experience is when we decided to lease our new vehicle, the paperwork took less than an hour. We have never been in and out of a dealer in that short of a period of time. We also love our Ford Fusion, the quality of the detail on the car is exceptional and the options that are on this car are incredible. This is probably the nicest car that we have had in awhile. We had the same experience with the Service Department. Everything is quick and done properly. We love Tamiami Ford and have been telling everyone about it!! More

I have purchased 18 new Fords over my life time (New England Area) from various dealers and 4 since moving to Naples.I find the service & staff at Tamiami Ford to be nice & hlepful. I have purchased a new Mustang from the dealership at a fair price, put the last 3 purchases I was unable to make a trade without playing the sales manager game and low ball on the trade. Unfortunately I had to purchase them at another Ford Store, however I return for all my service to this dealership as I am comfortable with them and the work is excellent. My next purchase will be a Ford again approximately in 2 years and I hope for a better experience on purchasing this time. I like that it is still a family owned dealership and not part of a group of dealerships with unknown principals. Keep up the good work! More
