After picking up truck i realized cargo light also did not work wiper blades were so brittle they were falling apart as i washed windshield on way home. James the sales manager assured me they were sending parts and i would have them in a few days. Turns out they sent only a cover for mirror and its not even the only part cracked. I will share my horrible experience on all platforms to assure people understand that all they seem to care about is the sale not establishing trustworthy fair business relationships. My circle will take business elsewhere. Also have weowe explaining they were going to fix mirror and door. Not a great experience what so ever. Never again. Avoid all cost. More

I take my truck in for an appointment at 8 am Saturday 7/27/19 to not be called back until I call back at 1:15 in the afternoon, to be told I’m busy. I spent $70,000 on a truck. I have a warranty and she did not call the warranty company until I spot checked her. I had to get the service manager Sean involved so she would do her job. Everything out of Ashley mouth is NO and negative she is not about the client but all about putting money in her pocket. What really got me I drive away and my glovebox falls on the floor! I’ll never recommend them for service nor sales. Tamiami Ford needs to train employees to give them a great client experience. I live in Naples and I’ll drive 3 hours away to have a good experience.I’ve never been treated so poorly in a client facing transaction as this. She is rude and needs to be trained. Put the client first. More

Tried to do business . Recently I had the need to have work done on my car a 2015 Ford Mustang GT. 2+ years ago I wanted to get a Rousch tune for my car and we’re on back or Recently I had the need to have work done on my car a 2015 Ford Mustang GT. 2+ years ago I wanted to get a Rousch tune for my car and we’re on back order at the time. After having a H-Pipe installed I called the service writer a few times leaving it with the service advisor to reach me when they became available. Never got a call. Then I had a warranty issue with corrosion on my hood that wasn’t to smooth. By the way I got the tune somewhere else. That’s several hundred $’s. Long story short I had 2 sets of tires, lowered suspension and a clutch / flywheel assembly installed all at another dealer. So, this time I figured since they took it (resonator) our they could put one back in. Well, after talking to the service advisor 3 times and leaving a voicemail with no return information I used the local Midas muffler shop who gladly billed me out for $531. Not sure the business model followed at Tamiami Ford but I’m thinking in my 2 1/2 years and 45k miles I’ve spent 3k-4K somewhere else. Not a lot but spent . My air condition did go out under warranty and that was handled well. There’s always a bright side. More

We had a warranty we b SERVICE VERY SATISFIED with Tamiami Ford Service department!!I took my wife's 2012 Mustang in because the AC stopped working. We had a warranty we bought with the car at another dealership. My service advisor, Sean, was very professional and personable. They honored our warranty with no problem and the $2,100 job cost only the $100 deductible, as the warranty stated. Picking up the car it came washed and looking good. I was wiping the car down and Dan, the porter came out and helped me and used tire and trim dressing and made it look even better More
Worst service ever. Had the car for 10 days and never fixed Tamiami ford had my only car for 10 days. They knew I had to rent a car while they were working on my car. On a daily basis I called the service rep Tamiami ford had my only car for 10 days. They knew I had to rent a car while they were working on my car. On a daily basis I called the service rep Jeff Kovac and dropped in to the dealershipo to find out what was happening. Often Jeff wouldn't return my calls. At one point we called the Service Manager to try to find out what was happening. After 7 days of trying to find out what was wrong with my car they finally found what they thought was the problem. Charged me for 6 hours of labour and the cost of a new computer. As I am a seasonal resident, I had to fly home so a friend picked it up for me and put it in my garage. I returned two months later to my car and it started but then died in the middle of the street. It was not fixed. I had no faith that Tamiami ford had the skill to fix my car to give me confidence that I could trust it so I took it to another reputable shop that fixed it in 5 hours. I went back to Tamiami ford to try to get some satisfaction but they lied and refused to work things out with me. Definitely they do not care a bit about customer service. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. Never buy a Ford. Especially from them. . More
2004 jeep A little over a year ago my wife and I purchased a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Tamiami Ford when we bought the jeep we were told by are salesman-it A little over a year ago my wife and I purchased a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Tamiami Ford when we bought the jeep we were told by are salesman-it was a one owner car no problems,we believed are salesman because we purchased at least 6 other cars from him.well what a surprise we got when we went to trade it in and found out the jeep was in 4 accidents and had a odometer problem I know I should of asked for the car fax but I didn’t I was thinking the salesman who I bought at least 6 other cars from wouldn’t do this to us.well I’ve learned my expensive lesson never again More
Pleasurable I really enjoyed my visit to the quick lane. My tire light came on and I thought I was getting a flat. Mike the porter , who is very polite, brought me in to see Nick. Mike then took my car and filled the tires and even washed it. There was no charge either! Mike even politely refused my tip! That really made my day! And yes, my tires were just low. They really are honest and highly recommended to all senior citizens! More

We had seen a one of a kind 2017 Roush Stage 3 Mustang at another dealer in Tampa. The car was everything I wanted in a Roush, but we lived in Naples, two hours away! We had been working with Chuck Skaggs for a few years, looking for the right Roush Mustang at the right time, and we were finally ready. Chuck and his great team at Tamiami spoke with Elder Ford in Tampa, and put together an amazing trade to bring Baby Blue home to us! I have never had such a respectful, responsive, and successful experience; Chuck Skaggs and Peter Groll, as well as all the Tamiami staff that I had contact with, worked with me to put together an incredible deal for an extraordinary car.
