Disregard of promises when new auto was purchased. Explorer with issues and under warranty so I scheduled an appointment for January 12; and at the time of phone call asked for a loaner vehicle should Explorer with issues and under warranty so I scheduled an appointment for January 12; and at the time of phone call asked for a loaner vehicle should my auto have to be kept overnight. Upon keeping my scheduled appointment the sales representative, Mr.Humphrey requested if my car could be kept overnight. I requested a loaner as promised when I purchased the Explorer. Keeping my vehicle was impossible as I was 55 miles from home. I was told there were no vehicles available. I scheduled another appointment for the following week under the stipulations that a loaner be available. Upon calling the night before to secure verification of a loaner, I was told there were none available. I told the sales representative ,Mr. Humphrey to call me when one was available and to schedule another appointment. To date, I never a received a call from Mr. Humphrey nor did I receive a call from the service department manager, Mr. Novak, as I had requested. I contacted Tamiami Ford by E-mail to seek additional help to give an opportunity to Tamiami Ford to respond to their lack of interest to my issues. Tamiami Ford has not given me the courteousness of any replies to any of my phone calls or E-mails. As owning only Ford Motor Vehicles for over 40 years, I feel the response and treatment I have received by Tamiami Ford is characterized by the absence of quality and politeness exclusively provided by this dealership. This is not typical of the excellent treatment I have received from other Ford Dealership in the past! Tamiami Ford desperately needs take less lessons from other dealerships! More

Our salesman Paul Freeman messaged us a pic ahead of time to show that the car was indeed on dealer lot and ready for test drive. We bought it and traded in a leased non Ford vehicle on the spot. It was an extremely painless process from the time we pulled into the lot in our old car and left in our new to us car. Everyone we dealt with from Paul up through Teddy in Finance was professional, competent and very, very easy to deal with. All of the other salesmen and managers we interacted with while waiting to finish up the trade and purchase paperwork were great. I would not hesitate to drive back across state to deal with Tamiami Ford the next time I am in the market for a car or truck. Thanks Again! More

False solicitation This dealership sent out tens of thousands of mailers, falsely notifying recipients they had won thousands in cash. This dealership should not be trusted with anything. I "simply matched" three bars on the mailer and won $5,000. Said all I had to do was call the number listed, enter the confirmation code and come to Tamiami Ford to claim my prize. I called the number, made my automated appointment and went to claim my $5,000 cash on October 2, 2019. Fine print gave me no clue--said all I had to do was compare my confirmation code to theirs, show my valid I.D. and be verified by their insurance company to get the cash. What they failed to say was that the "confirmation code" was anything but. It was actually only an entry number that they said had to match a number posted for there to be any "prize" at all to be awarded. What a con-job. "Simply matching three bars to win $5,000" was an outright falsehood. Their fraud worked as there were people lined up and coming in droves with the certainty they had won $5,000. All duped by this sleazy dealership. More

I drove 2.5 hours to buy a used car that was *BUYER BEWARE* I normally don’t leave reviews but my experience at Tamiami Ford dealership was horrible!! I drove 2.5 hours to buy a used car that was sitting on their lot for months. When I got there they tell me that the car has been heavily tuned and had many engine modifications. No one told me that over the phone nor is that listed on the website. In addition no one could tell me specifics about the vehicle but gave me very vague answers. I asked the salesman who took me on test drive “hey how long have you guys had this car” his reply was “ only a few weeks” I smiled and said the website says it’s been for sale here for 80 days. He looked at me and said yea your right we’ve had it for a few months. That was a red flag in itself. After all of these things we still wanted to make an offer on the car, this dealership appraised my 2017 Toyota for $3500 less than book value and every other place we took it too. When we asked why so much of a reduction for our vehicle their response was “ I don’t work in the appraisal department, and the vehicle we have for sale has been discounted $5000” so basically they low ball your trade in to recuperate the money they lost in their used car. This place is the reason why dealerships have a bad rep they are deceitful, rude and don’t care about people’s time. I wouldn’t recommend buying nor dealing with this place for anything. More

After picking up truck i realized cargo light also did not work wiper blades were so brittle they were falling apart as i washed windshield on way home. James the sales manager assured me they were sending parts and i would have them in a few days. Turns out they sent only a cover for mirror and its not even the only part cracked. I will share my horrible experience on all platforms to assure people understand that all they seem to care about is the sale not establishing trustworthy fair business relationships. My circle will take business elsewhere. Also have weowe explaining they were going to fix mirror and door. Not a great experience what so ever. Never again. Avoid all cost. More

I take my truck in for an appointment at 8 am Saturday 7/27/19 to not be called back until I call back at 1:15 in the afternoon, to be told I’m busy. I spent $70,000 on a truck. I have a warranty and she did not call the warranty company until I spot checked her. I had to get the service manager Sean involved so she would do her job. Everything out of Ashley mouth is NO and negative she is not about the client but all about putting money in her pocket. What really got me I drive away and my glovebox falls on the floor! I’ll never recommend them for service nor sales. Tamiami Ford needs to train employees to give them a great client experience. I live in Naples and I’ll drive 3 hours away to have a good experience.I’ve never been treated so poorly in a client facing transaction as this. She is rude and needs to be trained. Put the client first. More

Tried to do business . Recently I had the need to have work done on my car a 2015 Ford Mustang GT. 2+ years ago I wanted to get a Rousch tune for my car and we’re on back or Recently I had the need to have work done on my car a 2015 Ford Mustang GT. 2+ years ago I wanted to get a Rousch tune for my car and we’re on back order at the time. After having a H-Pipe installed I called the service writer a few times leaving it with the service advisor to reach me when they became available. Never got a call. Then I had a warranty issue with corrosion on my hood that wasn’t to smooth. By the way I got the tune somewhere else. That’s several hundred $’s. Long story short I had 2 sets of tires, lowered suspension and a clutch / flywheel assembly installed all at another dealer. So, this time I figured since they took it (resonator) our they could put one back in. Well, after talking to the service advisor 3 times and leaving a voicemail with no return information I used the local Midas muffler shop who gladly billed me out for $531. Not sure the business model followed at Tamiami Ford but I’m thinking in my 2 1/2 years and 45k miles I’ve spent 3k-4K somewhere else. Not a lot but spent . My air condition did go out under warranty and that was handled well. There’s always a bright side. More
