Called looking for a Ford Maverick today 4/1/22 spoke to Ken Colts who told me one was available. Asked the price and received a call to come in. BEWARE OF THESE DEALERS WHO ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS DUE TO THE RECENT SHORTAGE OF INVENTORY. THIS SITUATION WONT LAST FOREVER HOWEVER THE FEELINGS THEY ARE CREATING WILL. I WILL AVOID THIS DEALER AND ANY OTHER DEALER WHO IS PRICE GOUGING CUSTOMERS. I OFFERED HIM 2 K OVER STICKER AND THEY CAME BACK AT ME WITH 4 K OVER. I DECIDED NOT TO BUY FROM THEM AND WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO FORD DIRECTLY. THEY TOLD ME FORD CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS AS ALL THE DEALERS IN THE COUNTRY AR DOING THIS AND FORD WOULD HAVE TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS HOWEVER, I KNOW OF A FEW HONEST DEALERS WHO ARE SELLING AT MSRP SO I WILL TAKE MY BUISNESS THERE AND ORDER A NEW 2023. ACCORDING TO DEAN ARTINO THERE IS AN 1800 PREMIUM TO ORDER A NEW 2023 BY HIS DEALERSHIP SO HE SAID IS IT WORTH IT FOR ME TO WAIT FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE AND HAVE TO WAIT.
