Showed up for my appointment for a recall on my bronco. Took seven weeks to get the appointment. Supposed to open up at 7 o’clock. No one there till 5 to 10 minutes after. I am so disappointed with the professionalism of this dealership. I ordered a new Bronco as a gift in Nov 2021 which was promised I would receive numerous times prior to the Summer of 2022. In the Fall o dealership. I ordered a new Bronco as a gift in Nov 2021 which was promised I would receive numerous times prior to the Summer of 2022. In the Fall of 2022 the Sales MANAGER contacted me numerous times to come in to reverify my order. After his request I complied Re verified the 2021 order w deposit to be contacted 2 weeks ago from a very cocky follow up call implying the Bronco would come in 2024. Upon receiving the call I asked what the delay was for 2+ years and was told deal w it. Unprofessional:( to say the least. Today I came home today and opened up my mail to see my deposit returned because I went unanswered. Super disappointed and now I am at ground zero again. Buyer Beware More

Check in was very professional, When I received the car after two hours ,The car was clean. Ford should give us free rentals when the car is tied up after all, it was their problem ,I will have my car serviced there,because of representatives like Jeff. when I owned a Honda, and it went back for warranty work, they did give me a rental car free. More
