From start to finish, the personnel at this dealership are amazing. The Customer Service manager, Elly Clark, was my first phone contact. I explained what was going on the my son, and his totaled car. I expressed interest in a 2024 Legacy Limited that was on their lot, and that I needed a good price. She immediately went to the General Sales Manager, Tyler Otis, and came up with an agreeable price for this car. Elly, then directed me to Product Specialist Chris Agent. He gathered information and accepted some earnest money to hold the car. Today, my son arrived at the dealership, completed the initial paperwork with Chris, and finalized the purchase of his new 2024 Legacy Limited with the EXCELLENT help from Jim Dineen in the Finance group. Jim was truly amazing with his information and cost breakdowns with warranties and their coverage. In my many years of vehicle purchases, I don't know that I have ever had such a wonderful and low pressure buying experience. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Tameron Subaru any day...and twice on Sundays! Hats off to Tameron Subaru! More
I am very sad that, I bought a car (2020 Outback) from Tameron Subaru. When I bought the car the manager behaved nicely and sounded like he cared about a customer. Today I report some issues about the car and the way manager behaved with me is unprofessional and racist. He belittled me in every possible way and treating me like a minor. He also cut the call as he is interested to listen to my problems with the car he sold. I want to inform Subaru on this matter and want to see some action taken on him. Besides, I need the issues/problems related to the car should be sorted. Please response if you really care for your customers. More

So much so that I purchased Subaru. What a breath of fresh air. I had been very unpleased with the Subaru location here in Mobile for several years. So much so that I purchased my last Subaru from Caravan. Thank goodness Tameron bought the former Subaru of Mobile formerly Koby Subaru. Tameron's service department is top notch and when it comes time for me to get a new subaru I will be able to do so locally. Also Desiree Thing, the woman I dealt with in the service department was so helpful and knowledgeable. I will surely be back. More

After four visits to service, it’s still not fixed. They refuse to provide keys until you’ve signed paperwork, but refuse to provide copies or an explanation of what is to be signed. The service manager assisted me at my third visit and was incredibly kind. The man who met me for my second and fourth visits was cold, rude, and altogether unhelpful. I drove an hour to get to this location only to waste more time, energy, and gas just to be treated poorly and the issue again go unrepaired. My purchase experience was wonderful, but everything after has been nothing short of a nightmare. More
Bought my car Jun ‘21 from Koby, only to learn a few days later than it was becoming Subaru of Mobile. Long story short, gave up trying to communicate with the latter. I have given them ample opportunity to make amends and they will not honor their commitment. I CONSIDER THEM TO BE DISHONEST, DECEITFUL AND DEALERSHIP TO AVOID. BEWARE-CAUTION-WARNING!!! After this review, you will probably see a self serving response from the dealership asking me to call their general manager to discuss this matter.
