Took my new car in for service and Service Dept was great. The service writer Tyler Speights listened to my issues and desired services and was very understanding of my time and my car. I left it at the dealer and it was ready to pick up in about and hour and a half. The Tameron service department is excellent and trustworthy. Mr Speights made sure that my car was ready to go before I picked it up. He even helped to solve some software update issues for us by answering our questions and directing us to Subaru website to update everything. He is the heart and soul of Subaru service and is well experienced, confident, and friendly.We own several Subarus and all will return to Tameron for service based on Mr. Speights’ outstanding customer service and the skilled service department at Tameron Subaru.
