Drove all the way from Pensacola to purchase Rooftop Cargo Storage box on my 2013 Outback based on an excellent price received from Gary. I also had side windows deflectors installed. All was done on time and properly although some residue of some kind of grease was found on my roof, underneath the box, after the roof box installation. Erin was great, friendly and professional. Just bought my third car from Koby and obviously I am quite pleased, being a 3 time customer. Traded my wife's 2007 MB E350 in on a 2007 MB SL550. Was very happy with the E350, but I have always wanted an SL and this one is like brand new. There are several reasons that I go back to Koby. The service, the knowledgeable personnel, the cleanliness of the facility and the unbelievably low financing. The used car inventory that Koby carries is mostly upper end, hand selected cars that are cleaned by Alabama Auto Clean, which is owned by Koby. I have taken my cars by there to have them detailed and they are the best. It starts at the top and continues all the way throughout their organization. Do yourself a favor next time you are looking for a car, stop by Koby's and take a look. No pressure, the folks are very nice and you may just find something you really like. As I have said before, I am in no way related to anyone at Koby, I just like the way that they do business. More

The sales manager, Craig Valenti, was more than helpful with accommodating me in what I needed. He set me up with a car that was in my budget and made sure that I was not purchasing anything more than what I really needed. I spoke with many of the employees while I was there and they were all very friendly and more than willing to explain things to me. Peter sat with me in the car and showed me how to work my Bluetooth and explained everything in great detail. I definitely recommend KOBY Subaru for any new/used car purchase! I recently went looking for a new car and was told to check out a new Subaru. I have never owned anything but a Toyota. I am very biased when it comes to my brand of car, but after looking around on the check out a new Subaru. I have never owned anything but a Toyota. I found a lot that I really liked and am considering switching my car of choice. The quality of service received was excellent and I was not pressured to buy anything that I wasn't quite sure about. I have not made my mind up about taking on a note, but I will definitely keep KOBY Subaru in mind when I do decide. I highly recommend checking them out! More

Put new tires on my wife's 2007 E350 and was told by tire dealer they were unable to do a front end alignment due to camber bolts being worn. Called Erin in service department at Koby and set up next day app dealer they were unable to do a front end alignment due to camber bolts being worn. Called Erin in service department at Koby and set up next day appointment. She called and told me that the front springs were out of tolerance, causing the worn bolts. After discussion, she ordered OEM springs from MB, got them over the weekend, they were installed and cars drives like new. (Never noticed any problem other than slight pull to right before putting on tires.) While in the shop, they completed the "C" Inspection and corrected a very tiny oil leak. We had purchased an extended warranty from Koby when we bought the car and all we had to pay was the $100 deductible for the warranty work (springs, bolts and labor). As usual, the car was delivered back to us fully cleaned and vacuumed. This visit gave us an opportunity to see Koby's new facility on I65 and it is much larger and just as clean and neat as the previous location and the treatment and service, as always, was great. I have no affiliation or relationship with any personnel at Koby Subaru, I just like the way they do business and the way they treat people and Erin is one sharp, knowledgeable service rep. More
