Service used to be impeccable. I called to get a quote on tires , with your current promo (4th tire for $1). The sales guy didn’t call me back after leaving two messages? He misquoted me so when I showed up the price was $250 more than quoted. Needless to say, I left without buying tires or an alignment for $189! This is my 3rd Genesis I have purchased and will be my last. More

This is a lost talent. I appreciate the time he has been taking in making sure that not only I am safe but most importantly my 6 yr old son. No matter what it takes, I believe he's going to make it right, no matter how long it takes either. It's taken many tries and service drop-offs (3 in 6 days) but the issue has been personally heard and felt after he took a ride with me. This hopefully will allow for the discovery of the mechanical failure the car is throwing at us. I have faith he will make it right, and it will even be in show room condition in the end. I would also like to personally recognize Shaun Y. He has personally stood in my corner defending me and being my voice on my vehicle making it right as he stated he has daughters, and wants to give me the treatment he expects his daughters to recieve when they begin driving... and that I deserve nothing less. He expects my vehicle to be in the best condition providing the comfort, security, and safety that my son and I deserve and has offered to do anything he can to ensure that I recieve nothing less and is working together with Steve, and Matt Rodgers on my car. A remedy has been long overdue and while it's been incredibly frustrating and depressing- we're on the right track to solving the problem now, and I have Tameron Hyundai and those 3 people to thank the most for it.
