Back in November of 2022, my transmission went out on me while in the next state over. I called this dealership first since it is my home dealership and asked if I could have my car towed to them, and they while in the next state over. I had to have my car towed to a different dealership, where it stayed for almost 3 months, waiting on a recalled transmission to be built in Korea. Fast forward to now. My car has been repaired and I recently took it for servicing. Everyone there was nice, but the communication to me has not been what I prefer. The Santa Fe us my car and I have given them the instructions numerous times to call me first with updates, problems, etc. they almost always call my husband, stating the car is in his name. We bought the car together. I signed the paperwork he signed. It is my car. I have asked that my name and number be out first, and they still continue to notify him. A bit annoying, especially when they have notified him while I have been sitting in their customer service lounge. Other than that, and the previous incident, I al pleased with the service they provide. More
