Made an appointment with the times you people offered, from the minute I drove up to service desk, your service advisor was trying to talk me out of keeping my appointment. Beware! Took my wife's new Santa Fe in for a minor factory recall. Service department completed the work in less than 15 minutes, but said their multi point Took my wife's new Santa Fe in for a minor factory recall. Service department completed the work in less than 15 minutes, but said their multi point inspection found 7 issues that needed immediate attention including both front and rear brakes and rotors. They wanted over $1048 to repair. Keep in mind we've had no problems with the vehicle which only has 40k miles, AND they didn't even have the vehicle long enough to remove the wheels to inspect the brakes and rotors!! More
