For Preventative maintenance appointment it was fine. Timely and smooth. Process. They did try to push things that weren't truly needed. I made an appointment around 1. 5 months in advance, and they did not even look at my car the same day as my appointment because they were "swamped with walk-ins and diagnostics"... 5 months in advance, and they did not even look at my car the same day as my appointment because they were "swamped with walk-ins and diagnostics"... diagnostics take little time to run. Day 2 they told me my car wont be seen. I pushed and pushed and finally they were able to complete a less than 30 minute task in 24 hours. They need a better system. If you take your car here for a diagnostic, expect them to store your car in their parking lot. More
