The onboarding process was at best deceptive. I knew the car's VOLUME UP button on the steering wheel was broken. When I asked the tech to give me a price for it, the tech said that they would ne I knew the car's VOLUME UP button on the steering wheel was broken. When I asked the tech to give me a price for it, the tech said that they would need to do a diagnostic (at no point did the tech mention a cost for the diagnostic). If I had been aware of the cost of the diagnostic, I would not have gotten a quote to fix the problem. I was informed of the cost of the diagnostic when I picked up the car and was not pleased because I felt manipulated. I knew their was an issue and the Service Department charged me $200 for the knowledge for how much it would cost to fix the problem. More
