I love that they have appointments avaliable. I travel an hour because my local dealership won't see me until Nov for a critical recall. Fianlly, the staff is friendly, the work is done correctly, and the location is convenient to get to even though it's close to Birmingham, you can mostly avoid the congestion. Started off alright but the negotiating part was beyond annoying. Back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. 😡 I told them up front what I would pay out the door and the guy seemed pissed that I wasn annoying. Back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. 😡 I told them up front what I would pay out the door and the guy seemed pissed that I wasn’t going to pay for their ridiculous addendum sticker items, high doc fee, etc. When they finally agreed to my price, I asked my salesman about the vehicle being cleaned up quickly. He rudely replied “it will be, I know what I’m doing”. It sickens me how greedy they seem to be and how willing to try to extract every last dollar they can from a customer. They wanted me to pay over $46k for the car I wanted! What happened to the days where a dealer wanted to assist a customer in finding a good vehicle at a fair price? I only bought from them because they met my price for a 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz Limited $42199.20 out the door, I won’t ever use Tameron again.
