I have a 2023 Electric Hyundai Ioniq 5, In December I got a software update I think on ECU. The car is rated at 305 miles per charge. But it usually charged to 340 to 350. Now after the update this instantly dropped to 275-278. Charged it several times since the update and that is all it will charge to. Very disappointing as this is no where near the advertised rate, much less than the extra amount I was getting. Called Tameron Hyundai and got a big run around. Sadly the service tech said this was a Hyundai issue, not them and there was nothing they could do about it. Total cop out as he gave me the Hyundai Customer Service number to do my own followup. Fact: I bought the car from Tameron, not Hyundai. Calling Hyundai, but that was pretty much a dead end. Will be buying elsewhere in the future. In addition I paid them almost $200 for a one year warranty 12v accessory battery. Way too high for a one year battery. More
