Brian took care of me from the time I pulled up until my service was completed. Can’t complain about the wait time because my car was serviced in about and hour. Waiting area was definitely a plus. Every time I called the dealership, one lady imparticular, always transferred me to voice-mail and never really tried to help me. One lady DID go above and beyond to get my message to someone pe imparticular, always transferred me to voice-mail and never really tried to help me. One lady DID go above and beyond to get my message to someone personally vs. just leaving a voice-mail. I was also told that the map light was working and the mechanic 'couldn't NOT get it to work' but on my way home I tried it and it didn't work at all. More
