The intake service man Brian was degrading and raised his voice at me in front of everyone around. I called ahead of the visit to get the complete amount. I had phone on speaker so my 94 year old mother could hear. The girl told me it was right at $80 so that is what my mother gave me. When Brian told me the amount I told him what the girl had told me. He loudly disputed my word. I told again and he told me loudly “that is NOT SO!” I said as so embarrassed. I just walked back in the waiting room I started counting my change to come up with the rest of the money as everybody was glancing at me 🫥 I wanted to disappear. I was trying so hard not to cry….because they all heard him making me out of a liar. I wasn’t being a cheap skate … I am poor. From cancer that left me with a disability and a very low income. My parents bought that car to take them to all of their medical appointments as well as meeting their every need. I get up at 6am every morning and rarely stop before 2:00pm every day. 7 days a week. All for NO pay. 365 days a year. They choose that car because it is so dependable economical, as well as a very pretty car. That man Brian talked down to a person that could not even come up with change. I hope he never has to face that embarrassment. I reached out to the service department manager by the name of Joe and I left a message but he never returned my call. Brian started blitzing texting me telling me that he did me a favor and how dare me! … (so to speak) Can you believe that!

My service advisor, BC, came right over to help me immediately after I entered the bay. He kept me informed as to the service needed on my car and the techs had me done and out the door in 1 1/2 hours More
