The dealership and the service to the vehicle were fine however I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by a member of your service team. He took a complaint/question about discrepancies over fe however I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by a member of your service team. I still believe fees were misrepresented and I ended up paying $200 more than was communicated to me verbally and on the service fee text.
