We had a wonderful experience with the Sales team (Garrett and Cjay) on our purchase of a 2025 Ionic. I would rate that a 5. However, the after sales experience I would rate a Zero. No one at this (Garrett and Cjay) on our purchase of a 2025 Ionic. I would rate that a 5. However, the after sales experience I would rate a Zero. No one at this dealership could help us do the setup necessary to charge the Ionic at our house on our installed Tesla charger. My wife made multiple calls to the dealership and never received a call back offering assistance. She was left to fumble around on her own for about a week via trial and error before finally getting everything set up on the Tesla app to make it accept charging from the Ionic. Very disappointed in the after sales support of Tameron in this regard. More
