I bought a new vehicle and bought the service agreement as well, it has been an ordeal every time I bring my vehicle in for service. I get there 30+ minutes before opening and I never get out before 9:30. as well, it has been an ordeal every time I bring my vehicle in for service. I get there 30+ minutes before opening and I never get out before 9:30. There’s always some type of issue about getting authorization to do the recommendation at 15% oil change. My recommendation is never buy the service agreement because it’s not worth the headache at the dealership. Just go to an oil change shop and be in and out in 20 minutes. I really like my vehicle a lot but the service department issues are enough to keep me away. 3 rd time to be serviced, 3rd time to have issues, it’s just not worth it. Again really be careful when asked about these service upgrades. Also tony williams is the worse service manager I’ve ever dealt with, yes I did get aggravated after waiting 1:30 hrs and I did cuss him, but he was not being professional with me as well.I am done with Tameron Honda in Hoover after getting my service. Do not use their service department. More
Tony at the counter was extremely friendly. He explained the problem, what was going to be done and cost, before the work was started. Moreover, with Christmas being only days away, Tony was somehow able to get me a new transmission (which were back ordered) and Ishmael and Jose installed my transmission, having my car ready to drive before Christmas. With Tony's customer service etiquette at the desk and Ishmael's and Jose's hard work in labor, the results were excellence in service and repair. You can not go wrong with service at Tameron Honda! I came in for periodic maintenance on my Ridgeline. Leah met me, got all the information and explained to me the maintenance needed for my mileage.
