Sold a used vehicle for a parent who is now bed ridden and we have power of attorney to conduct business on her behalf. The purchasing guy named Gary told us our power of attorney worked one way and did and we have power of attorney to conduct business on her behalf. He pretty much walked away from us and told us that they no longer wanted to buy this auto. He was a terrible representative of the business. Very upsetting experience to us after several hours invested in this process with this place. Others were super pleasant and supportive to get the deal done and completed -- including Greg, Daniel, and Billy Sun. I hope someone does provide the corrective feedback to the offensive and abrasive guy Gary. More
