I greatly appreciated being treated as an individual and not a customer to sell something to and get rid of. Everyone was polite, friendly and professional. Most dealerships I've dealt with abuse contact information and cannot take a hint, thereby making a jerk out of me when I have to tell them to stop emailing or calling me. I saw good reviews on this place and had I been closer might have had some time to seriously consider their inventory. If you're in AL, it might be worth your time to check them out. More

I'm trying to be fair here - I drove and purchased a 2013 Honda Crosstour on August 19, 2023. It had a little shimmy in the steering, and we discussed that maybe it needed an alignment - it wasn't too bad. We looked on the ticket for the work done and noted it had been aligned, and the front wheel bearings had been replaced - and the trans-axles had been inspected and found to be in good repair. I took the car back on September 1 to see why the shimmy was happening - was it just an alignment? was it maybe a fuel injector that needed cleaning? As it turns out, the front axles need to be replaced. I am stunned - given the inspection done and the statements made, wouldn't this have been identified as an issue before I bought the car? I'm SO disappointed that my "new" old car now needs $3100 of service only twelve days after I bought it. More
