Mr. Cuffie and the rest of the staff I spoke with during my experience at Tameron Honda were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was able to test drive a 2010 Honda Accord Coupe and a 20 my experience at Tameron Honda were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was able to test drive a 2010 Honda Accord Coupe and a 2011 Honda Accord Coupe. Mr. Cuffie did a great job explaining the features and details of the cars and helped me to make an informed decision. This is truly exceptional because I go above and beyond when doing my own homework before buying a new car. My mother & I both ended up driving our own new Honda Accord Coupes home from Tameron. She got a white one that has an automatic transmission and I got a black one with a 5 speed manual transmission. MINE IS SO MUCH FUN TO DRIVE! The gas mileage is fantastic, as well. We were both pleased with the deals we got on the new cars and how our trade-ins (Ford Fusions) were valued. I really had no intention of trading my Fusion in because I stopped by Tameron after work one day only to look at a new Honda for Mom. My Fusion was fully loaded and only two years old. I also enjoyed driving the Ford and when I originally bought it, I thought it was the car of my dreams. Mr. Cuffie allowed me to drive one of the Accord Coupes home to show my Mom and I started entertaining the idea of trading after I enjoyed driving the car so much. The rest is history and now I am happily driving a nicely equipped Accord Coupe. So, at least if my Mom & I are going to drive the same make and model car again, we know we are driving stylish, affordable, and excellent quality vehicles. I will be recommending this dealership and Mr. Cuffie to my family and to my friends. Thanks to ALL of the Tameron Honda staff who made mine and my Mom's buying experience a GREAT one! More

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Tameron Honda in Hoover, AL yesterday. I have been looking for a certified used Honda Accord EX-L for a couple of weeks now and finally went back to Tameron (wher in Hoover, AL yesterday. I have been looking for a certified used Honda Accord EX-L for a couple of weeks now and finally went back to Tameron (where I also purchased my first Accord). I don't know why I ever looked anywhere else. I had an incredibly wonderful experience working with David and Rob - and I ended up purchasing a 2011 BRAND NEW Accord EX-L. You can't beat Tameron's service and prices anywhere. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Just go talk to the folks at Tameron. You will be happy that you did. Thanks Tameron! More
I have dealt with this dealership in purchasing new vehicles and used ones. I was always given the utmost in curtisy and service. Once my decision was reached on a particular car, every part of the car was explained how it worked and how to operate it. Then the car was taken to the service department, inspected once more, washed and gased up! To go one step further, the salesman, Eddie McClane has called me personally to be sure I was satisfied with my choice and to be sure everything was up to my expectations-----What service!!! I cannot say enough good things about this dealership starting with the top Danny Bradin and going all the way through the salesmen, finance department and service department. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, I have to my own family, that should speak for itself! More
I am a HUGE Honda fan, in fact the 2011 Honda Accord we bought at Serra Honda in Sylacauga 2 weeks ago is a dream! Note we DID NOT purchase our car from Tameron Honda although I had bought two vehicles fr bought at Serra Honda in Sylacauga 2 weeks ago is a dream! Note we DID NOT purchase our car from Tameron Honda although I had bought two vehicles from them in the past and had always been pleased with the service department for routine maintenance. Tameron contacted me to BEG me to come trade my 2006 Civic, so after several attempts on their part, we made the trip to the dealership. What a waste of a beautiful day! I had CLEARLY expressed to the salesman the desire to test and compare an Accord and a Pilot. I was also extremely clear on our financial situation and what we hoped to accomplish. Odd, honesty is what I believe in and what I think is not too much to expect when making a large purchase like a vehicle. The "gentleman" (thankfully, can't remember his name) who was to help us that day presented himself toting a jug of tea and wearing a sweat rag around his neck. This was the same man I had spoken with for 45 minutes on the phone the day before, but he was unable to remember ANYTHING I had told him...had to start all over!! Initially he told us that they didn't even have a Pilot with the specs we were interested in, but 30 minutes after standing in the heat (sweat POURING off him), he was MAGICALLY able to produce a Pilot for us to test drive. Loved it, but we also wanted to test an Accord (which I had made very clear from the onset). During the test drive we continued to reiterate what we could do financially. Got back and tested the Accord. Loved it, too, but what we really needed for the decision-making process was to see Pilot payment vs. Accord payment. OBVIOUSLY way too much to ask because another hour dragged by with not so much as an offer of a cup of coffee or bottle of water as our "salesman" sat guzzling his sweet tea. The only thing they could come up with was for the Pilot...$4000 down and $1400/month!!! He looked at us like we had three heads apiece when we balked. NOTHING I had told him previously had been considered. We knew that trading a Civic for a Pilot would be different, but SERIOUSLY?! He actually became belligerent with us and said, "What did you people think your payment was going to be?" REALLY?! Then to top it off, the "floor manager" drags the cardboard cut-out of "Mr.Opportunity" over to the cublicle, knocks on the desk and says, "Ya'll here that...it's Mr. Opportunity." Even my precious ten year old daughter didn't appreciate the attempt at humor, nor did she appreciate them taking her balloon away from her on the way out of the dealership! After more than 4 hours, we left in my Civic....hungry, offended and thoroughly disappointed. Three days later, the phone calls and e-mails from someone at the dealership we HAD NOT even met began expressing her enjoyment of our visit and the time we had spent test driving the new Civic with her....SERIOUSLY?! I am still receiving e-mails from "Gina" at Tameron asking if I still am interested in trading even AFTER I replied to inform her of the purchase made at Serra Honda of Sylacauga. I have to wonder whether Tameron ever really sells new cars because as another reviewer said actual numbers/quotes were extremely hard to get from the salesman. Glossy showroom...sales staff, not so much. More
