Looking for new Honda Accord or Civic Coupe, drove both, salesman was very, nice and knowledgeable on both models and the options for them and type of service needed. I had to return the next day to complete paper work and they were very accomadating to me. The Service department seemed very busy, they provided a sheet of schedule maintanance for the car and the pricing for each service. I did not feel pressure to buy at any time, I was able to work out a acceptable deal with them in trading in my old car and buying the new accord. The only negative thing was the Temperature was a little warm in the sales area for June, I beleive they were having issues with the cooling system. I would definitely go back and buy again from Tameron Honda. More

I bought a 2011 Honda Accord LXP from Patricia at Tameron and LOVE IT!!! I am originally from Michigan and not too familure with most anything in the Birmingham area. I had spent 3 months looking at all makes and models at many different dealerships, Patricia made Tameron feel like I was at home dealing with family. I am the kind of person who likes to ask the kind of questions to see what the sales person doesn't know. To my surprise I was NOT able to stump Patricia. Patricia is very knowledgeable about the Honda line, extremely professional and personable. When she was able to get me into my new Accord for under the budget I had set for myself I was shocked. Patricia goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are satisfied and stay satisfied. 2 days after she had surgery I received a call from her, she wanted to make sure that I was satisfied! When I described the kind of car I wanted, a Honda Fit base model, Eddie was receptive at once to helping me to find what I needed. There were no mysteries, there wasn't any pressure to buy something I didn't need or want, and there was plenty of information wherever I had questions along the way. I will be going to Tameron to have the car serviced, and look forward to working with Eddie again to buy another Fit in the future.
