Poor experience with dealership & salesman. Sat at salesman's desk for 2 hours while several men spoke behind glass doors. My questions were ignored. I tried to contact dealership but telephone number on website is wrong. I attempted to email Danny Braden (gen man) & Rob Gallik (sales man) multiple times. Emails are returned. Receptionist insists the email addresses are correct. She suggested I send snail mail. We trade vehicles approx every 20-30,000 miles. This by far has been the most bizarre experience. They staff are polite but not dependable or timely. My experience reminds me of an old school dealership; not what we are used to in 2012 with internet sales & educated consumers. More
I have traded and done business with many dealerships and I have traded and done business with many dealerships and salemen in the past forty years but I have to rate my experience with Brent Wilson and Eri I have traded and done business with many dealerships and salemen in the past forty years but I have to rate my experience with Brent Wilson and Eric Musso as one of the more pleasurable. Going to trade vehicles is right up there with going to the dentist. Not very fond of it. But Brent and Eric really made it enjoyable, stayed on top of everything, and gave, what I feel, is a good deal on both my trade-in and purchase. I would highly recommend these two guys to anyone looking for a pleasant experience at purchacing an auto. On another note. When I came by the dealship and neither Brent or Eric was immediately available, the other salesmen where doing their best to help me. One even asked me to join him for lunch that he had brought back....I didn't,but it was a sincere gesture on his part. Ed Patridge More
Originally we visited Tameron Honda to check out both a 2010 and a 2012 CR-V. While our initial experience with the new car salesman was not a pleasant one, once Barry Butts in Tameron's public relations 2010 and a 2012 CR-V. While our initial experience with the new car salesman was not a pleasant one, once Barry Butts in Tameron's public relations department learned of our experience, he went to great lengths to remedy the situation. Ultimately we decided not to purchase a CR-V (for reasons unrelated to our sales experience) but because we also own a Hyundai Genesis, Barry ameliorated the situation by providing us with some services, at no expense to us, at our local Hyundai dealership, which also is owned by Tameron and where we have always had good experiences. We appreciate Barry's efforts to "make it right" and are more assured that our future dealings with Tameron will be positive ones from the start. More
Eddie is the BEST car salesman I've ever met. He took the time to show me all the features and benefits of each vehicle while keeping my budget in mind. He even searched high and low for a car in the colors I wanted (that's HUGE!). I could write a novel about how wonderful Eddie is, and in addition the sales manager and F&I manager but that would not give them the accolades and justice they deserve. What propelled my experience at Tameron Honda into the highest echelon was they made my father smile. They broke down his hard exterior (especially when spending thousands of dollars), and made him confident his business was greatly appreciated. Eddie added the personal touch by telling him he purchased Hondas for his own daughters. My dad didn't see that as a sales tactic, he respected it as "I trust my baby girls in this car and you can too". I purchased my car the evening before Thanksgiving and felt really bad for keeping Eddie, the F&I manager (forgot his name), and other staff memebers there after closing. But you know what? If they were bothered, I never knew it. Everyone remained enthusiastic and engaged until I drove off the lot. Lastly, Eddie showed what a treasure he is by calling me not only to follow up after the sale, but to make sure I made it to Florida (I went a few days afterward) and to answer any questions I had along the way. As for my car, Daphne, I'm so thankful for her and her gas mileage is a blessing. I highly recommend buying your next car from Eddie and the team at Tameron Honda. You won't feel like you're simply signing on the dotted line and getting the keys, you ill feel like you've made a great investment and begun a beautiful relationship. Best Wishes! More

I have bought 3 vehicles from Tameron Honda and have never had a bad experience. On my latest purchase, the vehicle (2008 Lexus) had a button on the dash that indicated it had Satellite radio. I asked never had a bad experience. On my latest purchase, the vehicle (2008 Lexus) had a button on the dash that indicated it had Satellite radio. I asked the salesman to confirm that it in fact did, and he said yes. After the purchase I tried to subscribe to Satellite radio and was told the car was not equipped. I called the dealership and after an investigation, they told me that some models like mine had the button but not the radio. However, they stood by their word. They sent me to a local business who installed the satellite radio in my car at no charge to me ($445 to them). I can't say enough about how friendly, honest and helpful Eddie McClain was throughout the whole process. No high pressure sales tactics, which I appreciate. I would recommend Tameron highly. More

I was very satisfied with Mr. McClain's knowledge of all Honda products and he was able to help us decide what vehicle would best fit our needs. I love my new 2012 Honda Accord, and would recommend Eddie McClain to anyone who would like to purchase a Honda. He is not pushy, rather is able to rest easily knowing that the product he sales will speak for itself. I can not believe how far one tank of gas takes me. It is great!! More

I love my Accord, and I love the treatment I got there. He was fabulous on the test drive, and even better on the walk around after I bought the car. He was honest about comparing this car to the others I was thinking about buying, and was great about showing me all the advantages of owning a Honda...I know I made the right choice, and I WILL go back...hope he is still there!!! I was stuck in a horrible car loan from Crowne Nissan, with an 08 Nissan Sentra that I honestly didn't even like. The interest was 29.9% and after a year, I was upside down in my loan. No bank would refinance me, even with a $1,700 down payment. I came to Tameron Honda and was helped by Brent Wilson. I thought I was going to end up in a silver 08 Civic (I hate the color silver), but was eventually put in a 2010 Black Honda Civic (pretty much my dream car). Not only did they pay off what I owed on my old car, without adding the difference to my loan, but my new car is financed at 6% interest! Even my car payment is lower. Brent was very friendly and exceptionally nice, and might I say, a trustworthy car salesman. He made several follow up calls, making sure everything with the car was fine and making sure any question I had was answered. I would definitely recommend Tameron to anyone! More
Got some quotes on new Ridgeline from other dealers so I called Tameron to see if they could beat the other offers. The salesman told me straight out that they were the biggest Honda dealership and would no called Tameron to see if they could beat the other offers. The salesman told me straight out that they were the biggest Honda dealership and would not be undersold. Told me he would beat my best offer my $500 or give me $200. All I had to do was send him the email quote from other dealers. I sent in quotes but never heard from him. Called him next morning and he said to give him 5 minutes to check with service dept. on options and he would call. 3 hours go buy and no call so I call back. He said there was no way he could beat the quoted price and tried to rush me off the phone. I asked about what he had said the day before and he responded "those words never came out of my mouth". I said at least I knew what type dealership they were now and would never purchase from them. Their GM calls me back twice saying I would have to go to competing dealer and get their GM to type up a quote with VIN and all and have him sign it then bring to them. What competing dealership is going to do that??? Rude, untruthful, down in the mud type people. STAY AWAY!!! More
