I had to bring my VW Jetta TDI to the VW dealership for issues and recalls. While I was there I decided to call Tameron Honda to speak with someone in sales about what they had available. My friend purchased an Odyssey earlier this year and he raved about his experience at Tameron. I didn't realize that Tameron Honda was only a couple of miles away from the VW dealership. Erika Stephens, in sales, offered to pick me up so that I could see the what they had in inventory. Erika was very knowledgeable about the Odyssey and we were able to find the right one for my family. I was surprised at the no rush no hassle process. Erika patiently went over all of the options available in each model to be sure that we got the car we wanted at a price that fit our budget. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Erika Stephens at Tameron Honda! My wife and family joined me at the dealership to finalize the purchase. My wife was impressed with the professionalism, knowledge of product and how helpful everyone was during the process. Help with a Warranty visited Tameron Honda, 3 days ago. I was frustrated because I had come in a week before and had not heard back from anyone about my warranty. As you c visited Tameron Honda, 3 days ago. I was frustrated because I had come in a week before and had not heard back from anyone about my warranty. As you can imagine, being without a car is indeed frustrating. I went back on Monday of the following week and spoke with Vernon Ponder. He was very customer service oriented and pulled up the information about my warranty. I feel better and am pursuing the warranty company so that my vehicle can be fixed. Vernon was very efficient and friendly once the paperwork was ready to sign. We bought a Honda Civic for our teen over the summer and we also own a 2010 CRV. This was by far our best customer experience. We started in the New department. Once I told the salesman my preferences on a Pilot he respected our time and interest by steering us to the Used department.
