Bad service to my car, almost caused an engine failure I took my car to Tameron Honda on 8/15/15 for an oil change. A few weeks later I started noticing my little xxxxxxof oil leaking from under my car. I I took my car to Tameron Honda on 8/15/15 for an oil change. A few weeks later I started noticing my little xxxxxxof oil leaking from under my car. I took my car to another mechanic and he said that whoever changed my oil last did not close the bolt properly. He showed me where it was leaking from. He said if I had ignored it, my engine could have been damaged. My car has 45K miles and it should not be having those issues. I purchased it brand new 2 years ago. I purchased it with a service warranty so that I can go to Honda anytime for service without worrying. I am very dissatisfied with their service. More

I went there to buy an Accord with my wife last Saturday. The sales lady was very helpful. When the sales manager came around, he did not reduce the sales price even $1 from the advertised value on Honda's website. (I told him that TOYOTA offers $5,400 discount) He asked me where I wanted the price to be. I told him that Camry is $18k. HIs answer was: "You are being ridiculous!" I told him he should use this word to a customer. He was started even being more rude. Me and my wife left the dealer immediately. I am an automotive engineer and teach 'customer service' at a university. This person should be fired! This was my worst car shopping experience! More
