Great Service once I got scheduled, however.. It was a pain in the butt to get the low-down on the airbag recall. I received the 'recall' notice about the driver's side airbag in March. The letter said there would be a follow-up letter coming in the summer to inform me about when the airbags would be in stock. At that time, I could contact my dealer and schedule my service for the recall. I never received a second letter. I happened to be in the dealership on an unrelated matter (August 5th?) and asked about the availability of the airbags. At that time I was told that they come in sporadically and the ones they get are scheduled for installation pretty quickly, but they did have some in currently. Since I was going out of town for two weeks a few days later, I decided to wait until I returned, and try again. When I got back in town, I called Tameron and was told they didn't have any in stock at that time, and gave them my name and number and was told they would contact me when they got the next batch in. More than a month passed, and I never heard back from them. By then, my oil needed changing, & I thought I would give them a call, see if they had the bags in, and also schedule my oil change and tire rotation. This was around October 3rd or 4th, when I made the call, and was told YES, they did have the airbags in and so I scheduled everything for the 10th of October. To me, it seemed like the ball was dropped after the first letter was sent out. I never got the second letter, never got contacted once I returned around the 26th of August. It seemed like the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing. More
Only brought my civic here for service since i bought it. I always get fast friendly service here. I purchased my car here and only had it serviced here. Good people to do business with. Exceptional Service Department My service attendant went over and above in getting me the free maintenance (4 times in 2yr/24month) I was promised when I purchased my vehicle. After my car was serviced, I was called to come pick it up at which time I was told that I owed approximately $75.00 for the service performed. I explained that I didn't have to pay for the service because I was given the above package at the time I bought my car. The attendant said that the sales department had explained it to me wrong and that I was only entitled to two free services. However, instead of making me pay for the service he billed it to the sales department in order for me to get the package I was promised. Very clean service department. More
