Excellent Customer Service Recently, while in the market for a 2017 Honda Ridgeline, I visited Tameron Honda in Hoover after they reached out to me through their internet sales Recently, while in the market for a 2017 Honda Ridgeline, I visited Tameron Honda in Hoover after they reached out to me through their internet sales division. I was met at the door by a wonderful lady named Gabrielle Whitehead (Gabby for short). Initially Gabby didn't have the Ridgeline that I was looking for but was diligent in her search for the right truck for me. A few weeks later my phone rang and it was Gabby letting me know that a red Ridgeline had just arrived on their lot. I went and saw her the next day and after a very pleasant car buying experience, I left the dealership with my shiny red Ridgeline. Gabby went above and beyond to make sure I got the deal that I expected and that delivery of the new truck would be seamless. After almost six weeks, she still follows up with me to make sure everything is OK. I highly recommend Gabby and the Tameron Honda dealership. More

Gabrielle and the CRV Prior to purchasing the new CRV we rented a Nissan Rogue to shop, also allowed us to test the Rogue. We next went to Ford and looked at an Escape. We were going to Toyota and Honda. Honda was nearest so we went there first. I asked for Gabrielle, had spoken to her by phone a few times in weeks before. We did not make it to Toyota, because we bought the CRV that day. Gabrielle is very knowledgeable about her product. Gabrielle is also very nice, helpful and will help anyway she can. We did not even have to return the Rogue. She called and had that taken care of. She showed us everything about the car. Bless her, she is so easy to talk with.
