Excellent Salesman Salesman Townsend did an excellent job showing features of the car. I truly appreciated that. My 1998 Honda Civic was a great car which I bought new & drove until 2017. Still loved the car & hope someone else will enjoy it. Very low mileage & I kept the car in great shape, also had all work done at Honda as needed. Actually the purchasing process was much too long because of the other employees involved. Seems the process could be shortened & none of that was due to the salesman. Just took my car in for a checkup & salesman returning from lunch still carrying his lunch items spotted me looking in the showroom & was kind enough to offer to show me the cars, even though I told him I was just waiting for my car being worked on & had no plan to purchase today. He was kind & so helpful. More
