My wife and I had shopped for a Honda CR-V and had returned to make our purchase. She warmly and professionally greeted us and offered beverages and snacks. We had previously test driven a similar vehicle, but were going to test drive the car of our choice. The previous day, it had snowed. Gabby cleared our car of snow with her bare hands and went with on our test drive. We asked her to have the service department check on one item of concern while the car was being prepared for us. After the sale and financial papers were completed, Gabby accompanied us to our vehicle and gave us detailed descriptions and demonstrated the features, synced our phones, preset our favorite radio stations, and answered any of our remaining questions.
