My wife and I had shopped for a Honda CR-V and had returned to make our purchase. She warmly and professionally greeted us and offered beverages and snacks. We had previously test driven a similar vehicle, but were going to test drive the car of our choice. The previous day, it had snowed. Gabby cleared our car of snow with her bare hands and went with on our test drive. We asked her to have the service department check on one item of concern while the car was being prepared for us. After the sale and financial papers were completed, Gabby accompanied us to our vehicle and gave us detailed descriptions and demonstrated the features, synced our phones, preset our favorite radio stations, and answered any of our remaining questions. Chris Powell was vey helpful and outstanding while working on financing and the tutorial of the vehicles accessories, everything was explained thoroughly before taking delivery. Later on someone side swiped our car about a month later putting very little damage on the rear bumper where we also took it back to Tameron to have the bumper repainted and the fender buffed or fixed. Wasn't as pleased with the body shops work. The bumper was repainted where it does look good except for the inside corner of the bumper inside the fender well was real then on the paint where you can see white underneath. Also the fender wasn't fixed either. Then them saying that wasn't in the estimate where I clearly pointed out that it was we talked about it at the time the estimate was done. Paid cash money to have it fixed and to me and wife didn't feel it was done right at all and they didn't even offer to make it right. which they did buff it in which the scratch did not come out. Overall a good place to purchase a car!! And yes I will purchase another there when we are ready. More
