We had a great experience from start to finish. My fiance, our 9 month old daughter, and I drove from Tuscaloosa to look at a specific car and arrived at approximately 6:45pm. Was told I needed new tires when my tires are less than 3 months old. It is not a service department, it is a sales machine and everything in centered around selling you more and more. As I was waiting they brought me a quote to buy my car, price was good, I asked if that was good for new or used vehicles and they said that is a quote to buy your car period. I went through process to buy used vehicle, but when pen hit the paper, the offer was 3K less. This was after they told me I needed 6000 worth of work on a 2012 odyssey. It was like don;t spend that money and just buy a new car. Why does a HONDA that is only 8 years old already need 6K worth of work. That was not including the new tires. So the whole racket was built around trying to get me to buy a new NEW car. not what was best for me, the client. Will not be going back to Tameron unless I have cash to pay for a car. More
