I generally receive excellent service at this dealership. The last visit took longer than usual due to unexpected but needed repairs diagnosed due to “check engine” warning. I recommend Saturday shuttle service and physical cleaning and sanitizing of the customer waiting areas. None was performed during the 4 1/2 hours of my wait.
