THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I work for an OEM manufacturer and understand car parts pricing and maintenance pretty well. Bought this BRAND NEW 2021 Honda Civic due to my work co I work for an OEM manufacturer and understand car parts pricing and maintenance pretty well. Bought this BRAND NEW 2021 Honda Civic due to my work commute. Drove this car home realizing the trunk button did not work. At my first oil change I mentioned it to them to see if it was something that could be fixed easily. They told me I'd have to leave my car. I couldn't do that as this was my only form of transportation. They stated they noted it in my "file" for next time. The next oil change they tried to charge me $180 to change the CABIN AIR FILTER... the one in the glove box that I can literally reach and replace myself. The air filter is maybe $20. Xpress oil only charges $40 to change this. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. 3rd oil change they tried to charge me $500 for a "tune up", told me my transmission fluid needed to be drained and refilled, etc. mileage at this point was maybe 25,000. Absolutely absurd for a brand new vehicle. Next service my husband took the car while i was out of town. He asked them to fix the trunk button and to look into the braking system because this car has started to BRAKE OUT OF NOWHERE on me. Like brake the entire car while MERGING onto the interstate. Keep in mind we purchased 150,000 bumper to bumper warranty on this car due to my long commute. Mechanic told us the trunk button wasn't covered under the warranty and the brakes were not either. My husband called the warranty (AKA HONDA) and they indeed told him that both of those items were covered. Remember when I said the trunk button didn't work from the first day we took it home? Yeah come to find out the HONDA PLANT did NOT plug in the trunk button. BUT of course because it wasn't "BROKEN" the warranty didn't count and we had to pay $180 for A TRUNK BUTTON THAT WASN'T FIXED PROPERLY IN THE FIRST PLACE. Then they tried to tell my husband the braking issue was due to hitting something even though nothing under the car was damaged. At that point they had officially pissed of my husband enough to threaten Honda to BUY BACK THIS CAR. We didn't want anything to do with Honda at this point. Sad because we both had Hondas for our first cars and we THOUGHT we were buying a budget friendly safe car for commuting. NO. They couldn't have treated us any worse. WE HATE THIS CAR SO MUCH. It is sitting in the garage collecting dust until we make enough payments on it to SELL IT. DO NOT BUY FROM HONDA. the ONLY thing Honda could do at this point to make us happy is to BUY BACK THIS CAR for what we owe. WORST CAR AND WORST SERVICE EVER. More

Thery're not a 1 star but its the only way I could leave a review besides i would never insult 1 star dealerships by putting these buzzards in the same class as they are. So I called about a vehicle told them i live a hour away wanted to make sure it was there before i make the drive lady says yes we make a appointment I show up no vehicle. They have a system down to where you talk to more than one person so they always can come back and say well that person didn't know when its just a scheme to get you there and by the way I never met the lady i talked to on the phone even though she said to ask for her when I arrive. When i get there not only am i getting the feeling the vehicle isn't there when i walk inside with all eyes on me I get the feeling of being a victim. Once my feeling was confirmed the vehicle I came to look at isn't there I was back on the road in less than 5 min. It doesn't stop there so I'm interested in another vehicle at they're sister dealership so i called and talked to one of these vultures told him the vehicle and it took about 15 sec to pull it up, i guess that's what he was doing I could hear him typing unless he was giving himself a 5 star review under his cousin's, sister's, aunt's,pool boy's, 2nd grade teacher's substitute teacher, and the first thing he said was that's not the right price that it's $1000 more. ok strike 2 but anyway, he tells me what he knows about the car and then wants my information so he can see if i will be able to get it. I said if i buy it I have my own bank I will go thru. So he tells me if i go thru anyone else to finance the vehicle but them the vehicle will be $1500 to $2000 more and that i would save money by letting them finance me. Shortly after that i was off the phone. I wouldn't get a vehicle from these ravaging pack of wolves even if they gave it to me More

Service was very subpar. They passed me off to another service associate and did not keep me informed.
