After corresponding with 2 salespeople, I had neither as my salesperson. I was told by Gina that I had a VIP appointment last Saturday. After arriving I sent a text letting her know I was there. She never my salesperson. I was told by Gina that I had a VIP appointment last Saturday. After arriving I sent a text letting her know I was there. She never replied. A new employee, ended up as the sales person. My sister had driven up from Jacksonville FL to help with my purchase. The young man I purchased the car mats from was very friendly and professional. Our salesman told us over and over that he could not discuss price, it had to be someone with a degree. While sitting in the office with the Financial Officer I discovered he only went to college for a very brief time. Both my sister and myself were confused at what we had been told. I felt pressured into buying an extended warranty. We both said over and over how tired we were. It seemed the only way to be able to leave the room was to agree to a warranty, which I regretted as soon as I signed. We both noticed on the back interior door dirt or grease on the interior door. I was disappointed when they brought the car to me after cleaning and the only bit of stain we saw initially was still there. More
