Yes and no becouse our first rep. We asked for the price of a vehicle and we thought he was going to let us know a price and he had us sign a paper to get a price but it was a paper to agreement of. George was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout the car buying process!!! He answered all my questions and those of my parents.
