I went to Tameron Honda to replace the 2013 Toyota RAV4 I had with a newer used one and was met by Austin the Sales Manager who introduced me to Teddy, who was very professional and courteous. Teddy was very had with a newer used one and was met by Austin the Sales Manager who introduced me to Teddy, who was very professional and courteous. Teddy was very accommodating and worked diligently with me to find the right vehicle to fit my needs. Teddy and his Manager also worked with me on a reasonable purchase price which was very much appreciated! The vehicle had no floor mats and when I asked Teddy about it, it was explained to me that when the dealership acquired the vehicle that it didn’t have any floor mats. Before leaving the dealership I had pointed out some spots on the upholstery to Teddy but there was no final detailing done…..just the stickers removed and a superficial vacuuming. During my attempt to clean the spots at home I pulled the rear seat console down, and was very surprised (and irked) to see what apparently were chocolate stains (or something?) smeared all over the console and in the area where it receded into the rear seat back! What a disappointment! That’s the main reason I give Tameron Honda an average rating. More
This is the worst service in the city. Honda should be embarrassed at the employees that work and manage the service department. I would give them a zero, but I can't. This Honda Dealership is the Lexus of all dealerships! It’s very nice and clean with a very nice customer waiting area. They had water, refreshments, and coffee! The restrooms were very nice too! I arrived about 10 minutes before the service department opened and was concerned that I would have to wait for check-in because I was fifth or sixth in line. I was amazed that the line moved so quickly tha opened and was concerned that I would have to wait for check-in because I was fifth or sixth in line. I was amazed that the line moved so quickly that once the doors opened, we all drove right in and had a service advisor waiting. Plus, free breakfast was available! More
