Often we would just keep a vehicle longer than we had to because we just did not want to go through the usual three ring circus of car buying. We are pretty straight forward and just want to know if we can truly afford the car we are considering, but you just couldn’t get a solid price. Even after we would decide to buy a car when we got to the finance part, the price was rarely what was quoted because we had to buy this or that or there was something that we thought was included but then found out that feature was EXTrA! That was not the case at Tameron. It was simple, straight forward and we knew quickly what we could afford and there were no surprises. All I. All, a wonderful experience! More

Great service experience! I was just in on Tuesday, needing an oil and filter change, had to return today to get a window regulator replaced. I knew they were slammed, but the I was just in on Tuesday, needing an oil and filter change, had to return today to get a window regulator replaced. I knew they were slammed, but they got me in, took me to my doctor’s appointment in Daphne, came and picked me up rom my doctor’s appointment, even offered to take me to a place for breakfast, but Mark in service said it would only take an hour. They did not try to up sell me when I got my oil changed Tuesday, just mentioned that the “brake fluid was dirty”, but didn’t need to be changed until the next service. Regarding the regulator, they were extremely accommodating on such a busy day. I fully expected that I might have to leave my car there until Monday. But they had the part and took prompt care of my problem! Thanks to Mark and Ron! More
