i recently bought a 2003 Honda accord on 7-28-12, and on 9-7-12, my ac compressor breaks ,i went to tameron asking for help ,they offered to fix it for 1350, then i refused ,they offered to help pay 150$ of 9-7-12, my ac compressor breaks ,i went to tameron asking for help ,they offered to fix it for 1350, then i refused ,they offered to help pay 150$ of the bill, still leaving me 1150$ to pay for a car i haven't even had 60 days ,the Gm ,Brian is not nice to talk to ,he made me feel like it was my fault the ac compressor went out ,so ,now i have to get it fixed in my own ,or ride in my new car with no air ,thanks tameron Honda ,i will never buy anything from u again, and will recommend others not to as well ,what ever happen to customer service ,i see tameron is all about the money ,not customers, SAD! More

Management of Tameron Honda went above and beyond to solve a difficult customer problem, to the complete satisfaction of the customer. They were under absolutely no obligation to do so. The general manager acted with unusual consideration and respect for the customer in this case. I recommend this dealership for the high value it places on customer service and satisfaction. The Honda product is a good one one, but it can be purchased at a many dealerships. In my experience, this dealership cares for its customers, even after the sale has closed. That is a reason to choose this dealership over others. Expect a good product, a good price, and a good experience at Tameron. They will deliver. More
BUYER BEWARE! Tameron (used cars) uses "phantom" cars via the internet to get you to the lot. They'll even send the carfax report. I drove from Pensacola ($50 in gas) to see the vehicle however, when I arrived, the "sales person" I spoke with on the phone was MIA. Another person greeted me with the wrong car. The "salesperson" remained missing along with the car! Bait and switch is thriving at this location. Management defended the lie and tried to lure me on to more expensive purchases. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TAMERON EASTERN SHORE. More
We were told we had been financed then we were called back almost two weeks later and told the deal fell through and the new financing has a much higher financing rate. Said we had to pay extra bank fees because of our credit score. More
