I bought a used Toyota Camry from this dealership on October 30,2014 and exactly one month later, my check engine light and check hybrid system light came on. My car was jerky and difficult to drive the 5 miles from my house to the dealership. Their service department refused to run diagnostics on the car and sent us to Eastern Shore Toyota right next door. As soon as I took to car to Toyota they immediately recognized it as a car they had just auctioned off. Toyota showed me their paperwork for the auction and stated that it needed more repairs that the car was worth and that it should have never been sold as is. Well, Tameron Honda bought it from the auction, made no engine repairs and sold it to me. The salesman even had the nerve to tell me that the car was owned by an older gentleman who just wanted a new car and traded it with them. LIES. Do not do business with this dealership. More

They fixed the ac and reimbursed me for the battery then wrote me off with not so much as an "I'm sorry". I had to pay for a starter and I am praying nothing else goes wrong. Be very careful if you choose to buy from tameron honda no compassion fo the customer. We had to drive 5 hours home from vacation with no ac, july middle of the day. They could care less. More

Usually the new car buying experience is a cumbersome experience with high pressure salesmen who are less than curtious and confuse you with gimmicks and numbers. Not so at Tameron Honda! I have bought two vehicles at Tameron, a used truck and a new 2014 Ridgeline and in both instances I have found the sales staff to be professional and extremely helpful in selecting the right car with the right options to serve our needs and wants. Tameron Honda has gone the extra mile to insure friendly and honest customer service, even Leslie in the Service Dept. cleaned up coffee that I spilled and wouldn't even let me help. I can assure you my next vehicle will be purchased at Tameron Honda. I don't know who the General Manager is but he should be congratulated on his "GREAT" staff. Had my car serviced for a recall. After the recall, I told the dealer there was a problem with gas mileage and sluggish driving. They "tested" the car and found nothing wrong. But the car still did not d told the dealer there was a problem with gas mileage and sluggish driving. They "tested" the car and found nothing wrong. But the car still did not drive right. The Check Engine Light came on intermittently until a year later it came on and stayed on. They "tested" the car and changed the coil packs for $800. A week later the Check Engine Light was back on. They found that a valve was over tightened, from when the recall was done. The car drives better, but it still not back to what it was before the recall. This dealership does not listen to the customer. It is only interested in performing preventive maintenance, something it makes money from. More

i recently bought a 2003 Honda accord on 7-28-12, and on 9-7-12, my ac compressor breaks ,i went to tameron asking for help ,they offered to fix it for 1350, then i refused ,they offered to help pay 150$ of 9-7-12, my ac compressor breaks ,i went to tameron asking for help ,they offered to fix it for 1350, then i refused ,they offered to help pay 150$ of the bill, still leaving me 1150$ to pay for a car i haven't even had 60 days ,the Gm ,Brian is not nice to talk to ,he made me feel like it was my fault the ac compressor went out ,so ,now i have to get it fixed in my own ,or ride in my new car with no air ,thanks tameron Honda ,i will never buy anything from u again, and will recommend others not to as well ,what ever happen to customer service ,i see tameron is all about the money ,not customers, SAD! Management of Tameron Honda went above and beyond to solve a difficult customer problem, to the complete satisfaction of the customer. They were under absolutely no obligation to do so. The general manager acted with unusual consideration and respect for the customer in this case. I recommend this dealership for the high value it places on customer service and satisfaction. The Honda product is a good one one, but it can be purchased at a many dealerships. In my experience, this dealership cares for its customers, even after the sale has closed. That is a reason to choose this dealership over others. Expect a good product, a good price, and a good experience at Tameron. They will deliver. More

BUYER BEWARE! Tameron (used cars) uses "phantom" cars via the internet to get you to the lot. They'll even send the carfax report. I drove from Pensacola ($50 in gas) to see the vehicle however, when I arrived, the "sales person" I spoke with on the phone was MIA. Another person greeted me with the wrong car. The "salesperson" remained missing along with the car! Bait and switch is thriving at this location. Management defended the lie and tried to lure me on to more expensive purchases. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TAMERON EASTERN SHORE. More
