Worst exp.at a car dealership ever. Was told I needed to be there by noon the next day that the people from that bank would be leaving then and to ask for Randall or Shawn. Got there and had to wait 30 mins before anybody helped me. Never got to see Randall or Shawn then was told I needed more income after being told my income was fine. Asked to talk with someone about why I was told one thing on the phone and something different now and waited another 30 mins and no one ever came out. Will never go there again and I'll let everyone i know not to either. More

They give credence to the notion of underhanded car salesmen I purchased a new 2017 Honda from this dealership. Of course, after a bunch of swindling talk and numbers being thrown around, I was charged $21295 for the vehicle, $26,164 OTD. I accept that I bare some of the blame because I did not realize they had changed the price when I was signing paperwork, and only noticed after I received my bill of sale in the mail. Disrespectful, terrible and seemingly sexist when buying I hate to publish this as the SERVICE department at Tameron is friendly and has excellent service. But attempting to buy a vehicle there was such a disaster. If you're not willing to pay MSRP (and NO ONE SHOULD!) when purchasing a car here, you are treated like less than garbage! I guess because they are in a more affluent area, they feel haggling is beneath them. I also thought we were past the time where a dealership would treat women like they were idiots or wouldn't automatically try to swindle them when they are looking for a car. I even attempted doing business with different salespeople on the lot, but my experience was still terrible. Its not like I had a terrible credit history or another reason to be repeatedly turned away or flat out ignored. Perhaps men are treated the same, but I wouldn't recommend you try to find out. STAY AWAY! More

We bought a Honda Pilot that was loaded and at the best price we had seen anywhere. Vince, the sales manager was honestly one of the nicest and honest men that I have met and much appreciated from people who don't enjoy the whole process of buying a car. It was truly painless and Starbucks coffee was served during our short wait of closing the deal. I'm extremely picky and don't like to waste time. I've done the research so if you need a car.
