He knew right off the bat what type stylist car I would looking forward in driving it was a 2013 Honda Accord and I felt welcome and him and other employees were shocked that I brought my first cash car and I would recommend anybody to go see him. He did not push or force anything but just made suggestions and heard what I waned and allowed me to make my own decisions. I appreciated this as I had one sales rep from another dealer proceed to put me in what he wanted to sell. Brian also made the info hassle free and argumentative free. he was also very positive about the cars as well as his co-workers and that is hard to find today. He assisted me with whatever I needed and even gave me an air freshener for my car(LOL). Go Brian......I wish him the best success in everything he does. More

First time buyer! This was my first experience buying a car and I went into it with much caution. I did my research and visited many places both in person and online. This was my first experience buying a car and I went into it with much caution. I did my research and visited many places both in person and online. Although Daphne was a 45-minute drive, I quickly realized why it would be worth it. I was greeted by Brian Taylor who was very warm, easy going and resourceful. He was able to ease my anxieties about this purchase. What I appreciate most about Brian is he was not pushy! I had what car I wanted in mind but he was able to show me something that wasn't on my radar and honestly I ended up loving more than what I thought I wanted. And it was LESS money. That should say A LOT! To me, that speaks volumes about values and a great culture which you just can't beat. It may be awhile till I buy again, but when I do, I will start with Tamron. More

Excellent experience From first contact from Jennifer to the finalization of my purchase with Tyson, I received excellent service. Being an hour and a half away, they sen From first contact from Jennifer to the finalization of my purchase with Tyson, I received excellent service. Being an hour and a half away, they sent videos and pictures to help me with my decision on which vehicle to purchase. They didn't try to persuade me toward a more expensive model, but provided me with all the information needed via text, email and calls. I feel they went above and beyond to take care of me finding the perfect vehicle for me. Tyson answered all my questions even the ones I didn't know to ask and showed me how to set things up. He also helped me by remembering to take my "Alabama Roll Tide" sticker and put it on my new vehicle for me, got my garage door clicker off the visor, and helped me move my things from the trade in into my new car. He stayed late due to my availability and work schedule while taking the time to make sure I received the same quality treatment I'm sure all his customers receive. Thank you so much, Tyson!!! The dealership is beautifully equipped with so many areas for their customers' comfort and needs. Never seen anything like it!! It's so nice, if I lived closer I'd go there just to hang out. Tyson also said something I've never heard before from a salesman, this isn't the end, it's the beginning of our dealings (not a quote). He said they are there if I have any questions, concerns or whatever in the future. They made this the most pleasant, non-pressured sales experience ever. Easy to do business with! Talked to Nick one day and told him what we were looking for and a week or so later he lets me know he has what I want.
