Great experience from the time I walked in! My salesman, Tyson Cawley, met me at the door and immediately listened to the type of vehicle I wanted. He showed me the one particular car I was interested in and we drove it within a few minutes. We discussed several other vehicles; I drove an Acura RDX that day also and we compared the two vehicles, and then I decided I really liked the HRV. I was allowed to take the HRV home overnight to show my family and get a feel for the way the vehicle drove. I found one bumping noise as I drove it around the next morning and took it back to the dealership to discuss. Tyson was very helpful and got in the back seat to make sure he could hear the noise that I was hearing. They discovered it needed a new shock and ordered the part right away. I was able to go ahead and purchase the Certified Used Honda that day and drive a loaner car for two days to wait for my HRV to be repaired. Before I paid the final cost of the car, Tyson allowed me to test drive a Honda CRV to make certain that the HRV was the type of vehicle I really wanted. He was very patient, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about the Honda product as well as how Honda compared to many other vehicles I was considering. My experience with Tameron has been great over the years (at least 15-20, since I have owned four Honda's at this point). Tyson did not have to convince me to buy the HRV; I loved it from the first time I got into the car and knew that with Tameron, I would be in great hands in the service department from that point on. Thanks, Tyson, for being such a professional and making my experience at Tameron great! More

This vehicle, however, had already been sold. After a brief conversation with Tyson about what I wanted and needed, we were off for a test drive! I found his knowledge of the vehicles we drove to be above average. He gave a thorough demo of the vehicles and was able to answer all the questions I had for him. He took particular care in lining me up with a vehicle that would suit my family's every need. Upon deciding on a vehicle, Tyson demonstrated efficiency, and quality in negotiating my final purchase. The Tameron Experience I came to Tameron to look at a specific vehicle which was actually a 2016 Chevy Malibu premium. When I arrived at the dealership to test drive it was I came to Tameron to look at a specific vehicle which was actually a 2016 Chevy Malibu premium. When I arrived at the dealership to test drive it was sold. My heart was broken. Terry was quick to offer sympathy and show me other options that honda had to offer🤗 He started me out in the 2018 Honda Accord Sport which I immediately fell in love with yet I didn't want to make a decision without exploring my options. Terry was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and not only talked but demonstrated each feature that makes the accord what it is today. Tyler and Bob were very consistent with getting the best interest rates and providing the best warranty packages for my new 2018 honda accord Sport. Even though it took me a week to make a final decision; each day either Terry, Bob, or Tyler called to follow up and make other offers to best fit me (the customer). Overall being a first time car buyer I am very pleased with the customer service and friendly atmosphere. More
